How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel orders that have not yet been executed free-of-charge Monday to Friday, 7am - 6pm for the Swiss stock exchange and up to 10pm for other markets. To do so, follow the instructions below :

  Choose the order that you wish to cancel from the list of pending orders
  2.
 
  Click on the cross ( ) next to the order to generate a cancel order request
  3.
 
  Click OK
  4.
 
 

The order should appear in the list of canceled orders
