What happens if the connection fails while I am entering an order?

TradeDirect is designed to remain secure even if a transaction is interrupted. In most cases, the transaction will have been processed successfully. If your connection is cut off, the best solution is to reconnect and check your order book to see whether your order has been properly recorded.

If you have any doubt or if you cannot re-establish your Internet connection, contact TradeDirect Customer Care as quickly as possible so we can confirm whether your order has been received or not.
